How do I cancel an order?
B-Stock considers all bids to be binding contracts and winning bids as binding agreement to pay for the product at that price.
If we agree to cancel your order, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion in order to preserve the integrity of the marketplace.
Please contact our Customer Service team to request an order cancellation with your order number and reason for cancellation.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please let us know if the contents of your shipment don’t match what was described in the listing - we want to help make sure buyers get what they expected when they purchase through B-Stock.
Buyers have two days after delivery to file a complaint.
Go to the My Orders section of your account and click on the “Problem” link next to the affected order. After the dispute is submitted a member of our B-Stock Supply Buyer Protection team will contact you to help resolve your claim.

What is your return policy?
Most auctions are sold "as is". Returns are an exception, and requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
